Channeling
This is my main container to connect, embrace, let go, heal and transcend. It is interactive and conversation based.
We can take the direction you are seeking guidance with or let whatever needs to come through, come through.
This can also be the container to connect with passed loved ones to help aid and support your grief.

Reiki Energy Healing
This session is more passive in that you are in a deeper, relaxed state.
In-person you can rest comfortably on my reiki table or sit in a chair. At home I encourage you to find a safe, soft, quiet space . I will move energy in, through and out of your body. I will be actively channeling and working in the Akashic Records if required. There is a small conversation at the end to share insights.

What to Expect in a Channeling & Energetic Session
We often start by acknowledging if there is anything specific you want to address in your session.
I then move into a grounding, centering and clearing practice. This helps you relax and further open to the channel.
I start listening to you. Body, mind, and soul. I connect with your spirit team, which consists of your spirit guides, past loved ones, other supportive souls, angels and dragons. I act as the conduit for their supportive messages and any healing that will serve you.
I can channel the subconscious, which can go deep and bring forward emotional wounds that are asking to be released.
I will work in the Akashic Records to help bring about more information, guidance and aid your healing.
The session continues with dialog, the delivering of messages, healing and energy work on the body.
People often feel various emotions and sensations, however overall lighter when a session is over. It’s good to put at least a few days in between sessions so that your mind and body have an opportunity to recalibrate to the changes.
Remember, you only get what you are ready for.

We will identify the energetic work and healing required for you to transcend beyond what plagues you. We will support your understanding, action items and growth. It is important to know that you only get what you are ready for and can handle at that moment in your life.
